T.120 프로토콜은 실시간으로 제공되는 다채널 통신서비스 즉 터미널서비스, VNC의 ITU-T 규격입니다. 원격 터미널 서비스로 많이 알려진 것은 RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol)입니다. RDP에서도 실제 통신은 이 T.120 규약을 사용하여 통신을 합니다.T.120 프로토콜을 사용하는 벤더 제품으로는 Cisco WebEx의 MeetingCenter 마이크로소프트의 NetMeeting, Nortel CS 2100, 노터스의 Sametime등이 있습니다.
